"Checkout was a bit of a joke"
The checkout process felt pathetic. The payment page kept lagging like it couldn’t handle basic stuff, and my discount code failed over and over for no obvious reason. Not exactly a smooth experience.

"Okay brush, but I thought it’d last longer"
The bamboo brush felt fine at first, and I assumed it would hold up well. After just a few weeks, though, it started looking a bit worn. It’s not terrible or anything, I just expected the quality to be a little better

I had a smooth experience overall. It was easy to find what I needed, and the checkout process was straightforward. A few pages loaded a bit slowly on my phone, but it wasn’t a huge problem. I’d still use the site again next time

"Actually strong toilet paper"
I’ll be honest, I didn’t have a lot of patience for testing out some new toilet paper and dealing with it falling apart. But the toilet paper from seekbamboo.com ended up being surprisingly strong. It doesn’t rip easily, holds up better than a few regular store brands I’ve used, and it still feels totally fine, not weird or paper-thin. I’m happy with it and will probably order again

"Good tissues that hold up better than I expected"
I picked these up mostly to see how well they’d actually hold up, and they’re solid. Compared to some other tissues I’ve used, these absorb really well, most of the time one sheet is enough. They do feel a little thin here and there, but it hasn’t really bothered me. Overall, I’d buy them again.

My order arrived in a box that was totally crushed on one side, and the tape was half peeling off. Luckily everything inside was still there, but it looked like it had been packed in a hurry or tossed around without much care. I know shipping can be rough sometimes — I had a package once that looked like it had survived a rainstorm and a wrestling match, but this still wasn’t a great first impression.

"Good materials, but the wait was annoying"
I do like that they use eco-friendly materials, and it definitely feels better knowing I’m buying something a bit more responsible. The product itself is nice enough, but the shipping took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. By the time it finally showed up, I was already kind of annoyed. Overall, it’s okay, but not perfect.

The products themselves are totally fine, no real complaints there, but the subscription part, ugh, it just wasn’t as easy as it should’ve been. I was trying to change it, or maybe cancel, and then I’m clicking around like wait, where am I supposed to go? It took way more time than I expected. Not the absolute worst experience, but they really need to make managing subscriptions a lot simpler...

The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than I expected. I was already feeling mentally drained, so having to wait and keep checking on it made the whole return feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

I got the lavender shampoo bar and I was a little worried it might smell fake or be one of those products that looks better online than it actually is. But it smells really nice, soft, clean, and not overpowering at all. After I shower, my bathroom even has a light lavender smell for a while. I’m glad I wasn’t fooled by the description. I’d definitely buy it again

I do like the bamboo and reduced-plastic idea, and the products seem decent overall. I just wish they were clearer about where everything is sourced from. The eco-friendly claims might be totally legit, but the lack of detail makes it feel like they’re asking customers to just take their word for it.

"Soft on gums but still gets the job done"
I’ve been using this brush for a bit and I’m happy with it. The bristles are soft enough that my gums don’t feel irritated afterward, but they still clean my teeth well. The shape felt a little different at first, so it took me a day to get used to it, but after that it was easy to use. Overall, it’s a comfortable brush that works well for everyday cleaning
